These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "User", or "Player") and luke33 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the luke33 website located at luke33.pro and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the luke33 platform in any manner whatsoever, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or supplemental agreements that may govern particular games, promotions, or services on the luke33 platform.

These Terms are to be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an active account on luke33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luke33 operates a strict minimum age policy. Access to any real-money gaming feature is absolutely prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

luke33 employs age-verification procedures at registration and may conduct additional checks at any point during the account lifecycle. By registering, you warrant and represent that all information provided during registration — including your date of birth — is accurate, truthful, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the luke33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your profile should any details change.

• KYC Verification: luke33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. luke33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify luke33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. luke33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account Currency: luke33 accounts for Pakistani members are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once selected, the account currency cannot be changed.

luke33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

luke33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are generally credited to your luke33 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to standard KYC verification holds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be adjusted by luke33 in accordance with your account verification tier.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. luke33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund to the originating account.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or real-money activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as detailed in the cashier section.

luke33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Certain games, including some live dealer games and jackpot titles, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses and associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet restriction applies per spin or per game round. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus At A Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: luke33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a member is exploiting promotional terms, engaging in bonus abuse, or acting in bad faith.

luke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus will not be affected by changes made after acceptance, unless fraud or abuse is detected.

All games available on the luke33 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and instant games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes monitored in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels.

luke33 does not manipulate game outcomes, adjust RTP settings mid-session, or impose undisclosed win or loss caps. All results are determined at the moment of play and are final once settled, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.

• Bets Placed In Error: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. luke33 is not liable for bets placed in error by the member.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a mid-game technical failure, luke33 will attempt to restore the game to its pre-failure state where technically possible. Where this is not possible, the bet value may be refunded to the member's account at luke33's discretion.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on luke33 are governed by separate sportsbook rules, which are accessible from within the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict, the sportsbook-specific rules take precedence for betting markets.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be submitted to luke33 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game or event settling. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luke33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or gameplay process.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the luke33 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the luke33 platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward luke33 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or through the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

luke33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting the wellbeing of its members. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luke33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the luke33 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any luke33 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on any part of the platform.
• Frame or link to any part of the luke33 platform in a manner that misrepresents the source or nature of the content.

Any unauthorised use of luke33's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luke33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Without limiting the foregoing, luke33 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from your participation in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond luke33's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game information or promotional material where such inaccuracies are the result of third-party content provider errors.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain types of liability is not permitted, luke33's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You may close your luke33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, luke33 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

luke33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Engagement in any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or identification of a member on a third-party self-exclusion register.
• Compliance with a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requirement or order.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, luke33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

luke33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luke33 will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the luke33 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes that do not materially affect member rights — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luke33 holds its international gaming licence. The applicable governing law and competent jurisdiction are specified in the platform's licensing documentation, accessible via the licensing information section of the platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit luke33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm.

In the event of any dispute between a member and luke33 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the platform's internal dispute resolution process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by luke33's licensing authority.
